Welcome to this website. The independent consultancy office of Dr. Ivo Rauch offers you technological and art historical research as well as professional planning for the preservation of historical monuments. We explore your art objects, estimate the necessary conservation work and scope for your object and create a conservation concept. Our particular strength lies in the specialist planning of glass conservation.
From January 2026, we will continue our work in an expanded structure. Together with Prof. Regine Hartkopf and her team (HARTKOPF denk mal architektur), we will combine our professional expertise within a partnership (GbR), maintaining our proven continuity. Your familiar contacts and established collaboration will remain unchanged. At the same time, this new structure opens up additional opportunities at the intersection of glass, architecture, and historic preservation.

About our work
Our main focus is: Professional planning of glass conservation, research, teaching & network, art inventories, museum design and contests "Kunst am Bau".
Basically, we evaluate and plan without being involved in craftsmanship or conservation work ourselves – so we can provide you with independent consultation at any time of the project. And if you wish, we will supervise your project until the completion of all work and until the accounting.
